What inspired Angie to pursue a career in Remedial Massage was not only helping people relieve pain and tension in the body, but also to embrace the mind - body connection of calming the nervous system, reducing stress, promoting deep relaxation and greater body awareness.
Angie is passionate about helping others live their best lives. She has always had a deep curiosity about the mind - body connection, having studied Meditation Teacher Training with SuraFlow in Hawaii, Reiki Master Training with Martine Salerno at Blue Angel Reiki Centre in Glen Waverley, as well as a Slow Motion Strength Trainer with the Perfect Workout in Sunnyvale, California.
With a focus on holistic mind-body-spirit connection, Angie brings a wide range of experience across multiple modalities which help her clients with deep relaxation, stress reduction and improved physical health by easing muscle tension, improving sleep quality, mental clarity and enhanced emotional resilience, bringing a sense of harmony and well-being to her treatments.
Angie is a caring and dedicated practitioner, who uses a wide variety of techniques, including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, joint mobilisations, trigger point therapy, relaxation massage and active release therapy. She is particularly passionate about treating chronic pain and tension, headaches/migraines and postural issues.
In addition to massage, Angie has many decades of experience in mediation having spent time at the Osho International Meditation Resort in Pune, India, as well as various retreats and a daily meditation practice. She has had a passion for travel from an early age, enjoying many different cultures and countries abroad. She is also an avid reader of fiction, completing the Good Reads 100 book challenge in 2025.
