Patrick joined the team at the Canterbury Health Hub in 2024 after completing his Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy with the Australian College of Fitness & Bodywork (ACFB). He splits his time as a Myotherapist with his role as Head Fitness Coach of a Group Training Program in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs.
Patrick began his journey into massage and Myotherapy in 2021. He sought to expand on the anatomical knowledge that he gained from his personal training studies to help his patients with their recovery and pain management. Whilst it was not the original plan, he enjoyed his Diploma of Remedial Massage course so much that he continued onto the Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy to further enhance his skillset.
Patrick is a friendly and dedicated practitioner, that thoroughly enjoys working with patients to help them on their journey with pain management and recovery. As a proud empath, he prides himself on providing the utmost care and sensitivity to his patients as they navigate through their pain.
Patrick has an extensive variety of techniques that he can apply during treatments to ensure the best possible outcome for his patients. These include Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release (MFR), Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique (MET), Myofascial Dry Needling (MDN), Cupping & Joint Mobilisation. Patrick is excited to apply these techniques along with the highest level of customer service to his patients and work with them to achieve optimal health.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys running and gym work to maintain his overall health and wellbeing. He is a passionate Essendon supporter and during winter you will find him sitting in the stands cheering the team on. He also enjoys other sporting events, travelling, concerts, musical theatre and catching up with his friends and family as much as possible.
