Naomi Cleland

Naomi works with a wide range of clients, from those seeking treatment for muscular pain, tension and restricted movement through to people requiring specialised support following surgery, cancer treatment or changes to the lymphatic system.

Naomi has a particular interest in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and supports clients experiencing swelling and fluid build-up, as well as those living with lymphoedema or lipoedema. She also provides specialised post-operative care following procedures including abdominoplasty, liposuction, breast surgery and reconstruction, facelifts, neck lifts and other plastic, reconstructive and orthopaedic procedures. Treatment is carefully adapted to the individual’s stage of healing, medical history and recommendations from their treating healthcare team.

As an Oncology Massage Therapist, Naomi provides modified massage for people undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment, with a focus on comfort, relaxation and wellbeing. She also incorporates scar tissue therapy and remedial massage where appropriate to assist with muscular tension, tightness, tissue restriction and movement.

Naomi may also incorporate Deep Oscillation Therapy into selected treatments where clinically appropriate, complementing Manual Lymphatic Drainage, post-operative care, scar tissue therapy and remedial massage.

Naomi places great importance on communication and ensuring her clients feel comfortable, listened to and supported throughout their treatment. Where appropriate, she is happy to work alongside a client’s surgeon, oncologist, GP or other treating health professionals.

Outside of the clinic, Naomi is also a qualified yoga teacher and enjoys travelling, hiking, practising yoga and reading.
